Large-sized CNC models, milled of MDF, PUR hard foam and Styrofoam. We mill industrial models, prototype models, exhibition models, functional models and automotive models. In addition, we mill architectural objects formwork moulds for facades and cornices. Our MDF models and PU hard foam models are stable and reusable.

Range of our CNC milling machine is more than 5.000 x 3.000 x 1.200mm. This allows us to mill oversized CNC models with the highest precision.

Mould making & Prototyping

Mould making and prototyping according to your specifications. Cost-effective methods for shaping a negative production mould from fiberglass composites. Our FRP production moulds are wear-resistant and ideally suited for small-, medium- and large series production of FRP and CFRP products. Output of such a GRP form is over 500 pieces.

If production tools are needed for prototyping or small series, we choose the most cost-effective method of production depending on the complexity and size.
